MTW Plan FY2024 Public Hearing

Each year, SCCHA creates an Annual MTW Plan for the upcoming fiscal year. The Draft 2024 Annual MTW Plan, effective July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, will allow SCCHA to further pursue programs and activities, subject to HUD approval, that differ from the Section 8 voucher and public housing programs but that address affordable housing needs in ways that are consistent with the goals and requirements of the MTW demonstration.

The Draft 2024 MTW Annual Plan will be available for review March 1 through March 30, 2023 at https://www.scchousingauthority.org

SCCHA will hold a public hearing on the proposed MTW Plan via Zoom on Thursday, March 16 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. You must register to attend the public hearing virtually. You are also welcome to come in person, on the same day and time to 505 W. Julian St., San Jose, CA 95110
